Registration and booking. When you register as a patient or book a meet and greet or visit, the website sends you to pages run by Hint Health, the membership and patient management platform we use. Information you enter there is handled by Hint on our behalf and, once you are a patient, is protected health information under HIPAA. Hint has its own privacy practices.
Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard connection information such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, in order to deliver and protect the site. We do not use advertising trackers, tracking pixels, or analytics cookies on this website.
Please do not send sensitive medical information, symptoms, medication lists, insurance information, Social Security numbers, or other protected health information through ordinary website forms or email. For patient care and secure clinical communication, register through Hint and use the secure messaging we provide to patients.
